Chef Jen! left the corporate world to enter and dominate the pastry arts. She won the Top 100 Food & Beverages Leaders Award – GSAF and Top Wedding Professional in Long Island (2012). You also saw her as a competing chef on Food Network.
Chef Jen! loves teaching others her love of baking and creating fabulous pastry and chocolate designs.

We had a blast! Chef Jennifer was personable, knowledgeable, and funny! She did a great job explaining the process step by step and made time to check in at each station giving pointers. We will definitely be back and hope to have Chef Jennifer again! Plus the results were delicious!

Took this class October 28 with my partner. Chef Jennifer is an absolute delight. Extremely helpful, very caring and compassionate, an expert (obviously), and very attentive to each student's needs. For example, I had chosen brown food coloring to complement my chocolate ganache filling, and Chef Jennifer took the time to give me detailed advice on how to get a darker, richer brown color in my cookie shell. She's also hilarious, and made the three hours we spent in the hot kitchen with masks on fly by. I cannot recommend this class or Chef Jennifer more. Thank you for giving my partner and I such a memorable evening and such delicious food.
