personable, knowledgeable, and funny! She did a great job explaining
the process step by step and made time to check in at each station

Took this class October 28 with my partner. Chef Jennifer is
an absolute delight. Extremely helpful, very caring and compassionate,
an expert (obviously), and very attentive to each student's needs. For
example, I had chosen brown food coloring to complement my chocolate ganache filling, and Chef Jennifer took the
time to give me detailed advice on how to get a darker, richer brown
color in my cookie shell. She's also hilarious, and made the three hours
we spent in the hot kitchen with masks on fly by. I cannot recommend
this class or Chef Jennifer more. Thank you for giving my partner and I such a memorable evening and such delicious food.

We had a fantastic time, Chef Jen was
very engaging and supportive, whilst making sure we did all the work
ourselves so we gained maximum experience and skills from the event. At
the end we left with sooooooo many yummy eclairs that we are having to
eat them at each meal time (for 2 days which is good thing)....Overall a
very enjoyable, engaging, educational and value-for-money experience
from a local provider who has a well planned business and customer
experience model in place.

Jennifer was an excellent instructor!! She gave clear demonstrations on every step
of the croissant making process, and gave each table her individual
attention when necessary. She kept the class light and fun, and the
croissants we made looked professional (and tasted delicious!!)!

Honestly a perfect girls night or date night. They structure the class perfectly and you learn so much. The croissants were very good and gives you more of an appreciation for them.
